Orders and Shipping
We try and ship orders received before 1 pm on the same day! In off circumstances that doesn’t happen, we will ship your order the next day. Orders received on Sundays will be shipped on following Monday.
Most domestic shipments are delivered within 2-6 working days depending on the remoteness of the destination location.
We ship using Delhivery, DTDC and India Post couriers. We will provide you will relevant tracking details after we ship your order. You may track your order from their respective websites.
Yes, we offer two modes of shipping for international destinations.
- Expedite shipping through DHL, reaches destination in 4-5 working days after ship [Recommended]
- Standard shipping through India Post – Registered Air shipment. Average duration 15-25 days depending on customs delay.
We ship to all major international destinations. If you do not find your country in the check out drop down, kindly contact us and we will get back to you asap.
We offer Free Shipping for all domestic orders.
For international orders, we offer 2 modes of shipping –
- Expedite Shipping – Rs.2500/- for the first product and Rs.800/- for subsequent products.
- Standard Shipping – Rs.1400/- for first product and Rs.600/- for subsequent products.
International Shipping charges may reduce/increase depending on destination location. We always charge only on actuals.
We offer both online payment & cash on delivery [COD] options for our domestic customers. Online payments can be done through our secure payment gateway, instamojo. We accept all master & visa cards, wallets, UPI issued by banks in India.

Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason, you have to cancel an order, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID. We will refund the purchase amount after deducting 2% payment gateway charges. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please notify us within 48 hours from delivery. Read our complete exchange policy here

Handloom sarees are not mass manufactured like power looms. We also bring to you only carefully curated sarees. However, if you are interested in a saree that is currently out of stock, kindly drop an email or contact us with the product code. We will get back to you after referring with our weavers.
We offer return shipping only in case of wrong product sent by us. In any other scenario, we request the customer to send the return courier back to us.
Unfortunately we do not offer any shipping refunds.
Sarees for which blouse and/or fall/pico is done will not be exchanged and can not be returned. Please read our complete exchange policy here.
